This week, I was totally shocked and disgusted to discover that My Number ONE Enemy JOSE BARR who participated in kidnapping my wife Annette Martini and I and ordered my Physical Torture in California was awarded by the City Counsel and Mayor of Beaumont, California with a High Paying Job of Planning Commissioner. WHAT! A Human Rights Abuser that hates Immigrants and Political Refugees and ordered kidnapping and torture is given a high position with the City of Beaumont in California. I could not believe my eyes what I was reading, BUT then I became even more upset to realize that the Reporter Julie Farren from a Community Newspaper RECORD GAZETTE in Beaumont, California never ever did her homework against JOSE BARR. It would have taken 5 seconds in a Google Or Bing Search or any other Search Engines to type in “JOSE BARR”and see what shocking news is out there.
It would have taken another few seconds to see that actually JOSE BARR Was sued in the State of California for BILLIONS and BILLIONS of Dollars for Kidnapping, Torture, Physical Torture, Unlawful Confinement, Human Trafficking, Gross Human Rights Abuse, Threatening to Rape my wife Annette Martini for also kidnapping my wife Annette Martini and for Discrimination against Political Refugees, For Forging Travel Documents, for illegally forcing my wife Annette Martini and I back to Canada against our will, For Assault, For ordering others to Physically Assault me, for Attempted Murder against myself, Anthony Martini, for Ordering Homosexuals to threaten to Rape me and the list of Gross Human Rights abuse goes on and on, for bribing and paying bribes to Canadian Consulate in Los Angeles, California and for accepting major Bribes from the GEO GROUP INC. Jose Barr was employed with United States Homeland Security and he was Number 2 at the Adelanto Detention Facility in Adelanto, California, in the high desert, where I was kidnapped and brought and tortured.
JOSE BARR, is the Modern Day HITLER who is a Human Rights Abuser and a Torturer who ordered thousands of Immigrants to be Tortured. I should know because I was Physically Tortured by Orders of JOSE BARR and to this day, I physically suffer from the Severe Torture that I received at the Adelanto Concentration Camp in Adelanto, California for nearly 1 full year.
JOSE BARR, ordered Homosexuals to threaten me with RAPE and ordered others to give me a heart attack.
JOSE BARR, ordered an Ice Agent to murder me and I suffered my 5th Heart Attack because of the Physical Torture that I received.
JOSE BARR, hates immigrants and he ordered physical abuse on thousands of Immigrants at the Adelanto Concentration Camp in Adelanto, California.
JOSE BARR, threatened me that he would cut me up to pieces and force me back to Canada.
JOSE BARR, kept on threatening me for nearly 1 full year saying “DON’T FORGET I GOT YOUR WIFE AND I COULD DO WHATEVER I WANT TO HER. I CAN EVEN ORDER OTHERS TO RAPE YOUR WIFE OR KILL YOUR WIFE.” This threat with my wife was a regular routine with Jose Barr for nearly 1 full year.
JOSE BARR, threatened me that he will have my wife tied up, tasered, dragged, raped and killed if I did not sign the papers to leave the United States of America.
JOSE BARR, threatened that he would have all of my and my wife Annette Martini’ children raped and killed.

JOSE BARR, ordered others to physically torture me and placed me in the freezer for 5 full days. The Freezer was so cold that I ended up with permanent and severe muscle damage because of the torture and being placed in a deep freezer.

JOSE BARR, ordered others to physically assault me that left me with severe physical injuries to my left arm and right leg.
JOSE BARR, ordered others to leave me in the burning hot sun in the desert for 8 hours which severely burned the top of my head and to this day you can see the third degree burn on my head.
