3 Years As Political Prisoners Of Canada

Today, Sunday, September 18, 2016 marks 3 years that Canada participated in International Kidnapping and illegally forced myself Anthony Martini and my wife Annette Martini back to Canada against our will in handcuffs and shackles.
On Wednesday, October 24, 2012 Canada participated in Kidnapping myself and my wife and ordered the United States of America to kidnap myself and my wife Annette Martini and Canada ordered the Americans to Physically Torture me for nearly an entire year.
We broke no laws and this is NOT the first time that CANADA and their Terrorist Police known as the RCMP physically tortured me or persecuted me.
The persecution has been going on for 4 decades and the physical torture from this Terrorist group the RCMP the Royal Canadian Mounted Police the Queens Militia has been going on for 3 decades.
My wife Annette Martini and I escaped Canada on July 24, 2002 and went to the United States of America as Political Refugees from Canada.
We had permission from The White House, Former President George W. Bush, from the former INS Immigration and Naturalization Services from the U.S. State Department and from the United States Justice Department.
We lived in Florida from August 2002 to October 2006 and then we both lived in California from October 2006 till the day we were kidnapped in October 24, 2012.
Canada was directly involved in International Kidnapping and CANADA kidnapped myself Anthony Martini and my beautiful wife Annette Martini and forced us back to Canada against our will.
Our kidnapping was ordered by former Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper and Minister of Foreign Affairs John Baird.
John Baird and the former Prime Minister of Canada refused to issue us Canadian Passports, SIN (Social Insurance Number) which is a National ID number that you need in Canada to work, pay taxes, collect taxes, medical etc. Without the SIN you can NOT do anything in Canada like get a job or get an apartment or a phone or do anything and your FREEDOM is GONE FOREVER.
The Province of Ontario, Canada refused us 9 times from September 18, 2013 to the current date to give myself and my wife any Driver’s Licence, OHIP – Ontario Health Insurance which is FREE in Canada. Ontario even refused to give us a simple Photo ID in case of emergency.
Canada and the Province of Ontario are in severe gross Human Rights abuse and even Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau escalated his Illegal Attacks against us and continued with his persecution.
This is one of the reasons why we escaped Canada to the United States although in 2002 my wife Annette and I wanted to leave North America and go to Europe BUT without a Passport we could not escape to Europe and we were forced to escape to the United States where the Canadian Government and the Terrorist RCMP continued with their persecution.
The Terrorist Organization, the RCMP, the Queens Militia, Stole my passport in 1985 after I witnessed 3 RCMP Terrorists executing an innocent man in Venezuela and that is when my life became a living hell. On December 25, 1984 the same 3 RCMP Murderers that murdered an innocent man, attacked me at the Miami International Airport and left me for dead. I suffered a severe head fracture and severe head injury.
YES, this is CANADA I am talking about and YES this is the Canadian Federal Police the Terrorist Organization that went above the law to murder me. I suffered weekly beatings from this Terrorist Organization and numerous Murder Attempts because I finally discovered the RCMP dirty secrets in selling and distributing COCAINE worldwide using the Canadian Embassies and Canadian Consulates worldwide. I was a reporter then and I paid the price in finding out what these Terrorists were doing.
The RCMP, the Queens Militia, destroyed my life and kidnapped my 2 daughters and they even murdered my adoptive mother. This is the Queen’s Personal Militia that are members of the Orange Order that are all Terrorists.
No matter how hard we try to again leave Canada, Canada still continues to have us as Political Prisoners of Canada. We cannot leave CANADA because CANADA is refusing to give us a Passport and Canada is illegally refusing to give us Emergency Travel Documents.

Canada illegally stripped myself Anthony Martini of my Canadian Citizenship in 1985 as I recently discovered and Canada illegally stripped my wife Annette Martini of her Canadian Citizenship in 1998.
On Friday, July 1, 2016 I, Anthony Martini, along with my wife, Annette Martini, legally served Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau and we also legally served all leaders of all Political Parties with a Legal Notice for GROSS HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE, FOR NUMEROUS MURDER ATTEMPTS, FOR HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE, FOR ILLEGALLY HOLDING US AS POLITICAL PRISONERS OF CANADA.
We have tried so so so hard to leave Canada including communication with World Politicians but unfortunately no one respects the International Laws and no Politician is respecting The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).
I am adding 2 BILLION DOLLARS PER DAY TO THE UPCOMING LAWSUIT FOR EVERY DAY THAT CANADA HAS HELD MYSELF ANTHONY MARTINI and MY WIFE ANNETTE MARTINI AS POLITICAL PRISONERS OF CANADA. THIS IS ABOVE THE LAWSUIT AMOUNT AND DOES INCLUDE ALL POLITICIANS IN CANADA AND THEIR FAMILIES.
THE TWO BILLION DOLLARS PER DAY IS FROM SEPTEMBER 18, 2013 TO THE CURRENT DATE AND THIS DOES INCLUDE PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA, JUSTIN TRUDEAU, FORMER PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA STEPHEN HARPER, FORMER MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS JOHN BAIRD AND ALL CANADIAN POLITICIANS AND ALL CANADIAN POLITICAL PARTIES UNTIL THE DAY WE LEAVE CANADA.
CANADA AND PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA JUSTIN TRUDEAU WILL LEGALLY BE FORCED TO RESPECT THE INTERNATIONAL LAWS and THE UNITED NATIONS LAWS.
CANADA HAS STOPPED US FROM FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT AND FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND FREEDOM OF LEAVING CANADA.
I again demand from World Leaders to EXPEL all Canadian Ambassadors from their Countries until we are FREE to leave Canada. I also demand that Queen Elizabeth II immediately dissolves the Canadian Parliament and order a New Election and I also demand that QUEEN ELIZABETH II Immediately DISMANTLES the RCMP, the Queen’s Militia.
I ALSO URGE ALL POLITICIANS FROM THE WORLD TO PLACE A TRAVEL BAN ON PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA JUSTIN TRUDEAU, HIS CABINET AND HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN UNTIL WE ARE ALLOWED TO FREELY LEAVE CANADA.
The UDHR – The Universal Declaration of Human Rights MUST BE FORCED AGAINST CANADA AND CANADA ARE IN VIOLATIONS of the UDHR Articles 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13(1),(2), 15(1)(2), 18, 19, 20(1)(2), 22, 23(1)(3), 25(1), 28.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a milestone document in the history of human rights. Drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds from all regions of the world, the Declaration was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 General Assembly resolution 217(III) A as a common standard of achievements for all peoples and all nations. It sets out, for the first time, fundamental human rights to be universally protected.
Since Queen Elizabeth II is head of State of Canada she MUST force CANADA to obide by and OBEY the UDHR and teh United Nations must force Canada to abide by the above articles.
Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau MUST be charged for violating International Laws, UN Laws and the UDHR.
3 Years of being illegally held against our will by CANADA is enough. 4 Decades of Persecution from Canada is ENOUGH. GROSS HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE MUST END NOW FROM CANADA AND THE WORLD POLITICIANS MUST NOW STAND UP FOR LIBERTY< FREEDOM AND JUSTICE FOR US.

UDHR – The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Article 1.
