ONTARIO DENIED ID and MEDICAL 11 TIMES

The Province of Ontario and the Service Ontario Center denied myself, Anthony Martini and my wife, Annette Martini, OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance), Driver’s License and a Photo ID 11 Times and SERVICE ONTARIO crossed the line today.
On Thursday, November 17, 2016, We went to Service Ontario for the 10th time to get OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance) which is free in Canada and for the 10th time the Province of Ontario and the employees at the Service Ontario in St. Catharines, Ontario violated all International Laws and United Nations Laws and myself, Anthony Martini, a Political Candidate for Prime Minister of Canada and my wife, Annette Martini were BOTH denied what they call OHIP Card which is Medical Coverage from the Province of Ontario., which again is FREE in the Province of Ontario.
It took the provincial Government Employee less then 10 seconds to reject both of us and print us up a rejection letter or form of denial.
On Friday, November 18, 2016 my wife, Annette and I went back to SERVICE ONTARIO to speak with the Manager of SERVICE ONTARIO and of course the Manager was NOT available so we set an appointment for today, Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM.
My wife and I arrived about 15 minute before to meet with TAMMY. Of course no Government Servants give us their full name.
Finally, we were asked to go into a side office and we did. The Manager walled in with another female and the Manager introduced herself as TAMMY CHURCH. I forgot the other female employee’s name.
I was filing a complaint to how I was being illegally treated by MAN HATERS that are employed at SERVICE ONTARIO.
I explained in details to this so called Manager (TAMMY CHURCH) about how ILL we have been treated at the SERVICE ONTARIO CENTER IN ST. CATHARINES, ONTARIO.
I also explained to Tammy Church who is another Man Hater how the staff and employees are all in violation of International Laws and United Nations Laws.
After explaining in details how this SERVICE ONTARIO is violating my legal rights and my wife, Annette Martini’s rights and how all employees are raciest towards MEN and discriminate against men and how ill we were treated then out of the BLUE (TAMMY CHURCH) said: “THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER AND I AM CALLING SECURITY.”
WHAT!!!!!!
I did not raise my voice. I did not threaten any staff. I did NOT argue with this psycho female of a Government Employee.
I was totally shocked with the way that this employee illegally treated myself as a Political Candidate and how she illegally treated my wife. Of course, my heart started acting up and I just finished telling this MAN HATER that I have a heart condition and I need to have medical because I was physically tortured for 1 full year and then she dared to abuse her authority and threaten a Political Candidate that she is going to call Security. We did NOTHING wrong. I am demanding that the Province of Ontario immediately without any delay terminate TAMMY CHURCH’s job or whatever her name is permanently and also immediately terminate the employment of the other female that was with her.
THIS IS THE REASON WHY WHEN I BECOME THE NEXT PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA I WILL BE FIRING ALL MAN HATERS IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT.
Like I said, I do NOT have any issues with certain groups BUT I do have a huge issue with MAN HATERS that violate my FREEDOM OF SPEECH or discriminate against myself because I AM A MAN.
The Province of Ontario has 30 days to terminate the job of TAMMY CHURCH or whatever her name is from SERVICE ONTARIO and also to terminate all employees from St. Catharines and this also includes the Supervisor as well and that other female that was with TAMMY CHURCH today.
My wife Annette Martini even requested a letter of rejection from SERVICE ONTARIO who refused to issue us OHIP, (HEALTH CARD) Driver’s Licenses and or Photo ID and TAMMY CHURCH SAID, “NO WE ARE NOT GIVING YOU THAT.”
When I become the next Prime Minister of Canada I will STRIP the Canadian Citizenship of all employees even TAMMY CHURCH from SERVICE ONTARIO in St. Catharines, Ontario. I will also make sure that their OHIP IS Immediately Suspended and that their Driver’s License are all suspended for life for violating International Laws and United Nations Laws and for abuse of Power and for threatening a Political Candidate and his wife by indicating that SHE WILL CALL SECURITY when my wife and I did NOTHING WRONG or SAID NOTHING.
This is the big problem with mentally disturbed Government Employees that are MAN HATERS.
The Government is NO PLACE for MAN HATERS that discriminates against MEN.
Annette and I left SERVICE ONTARIO and again got nowhere except my heart really acted up. I give the Province of Ontario 30 days to immediately FIRE, TAMMY CHURCH and to ban her for life from working in the Province of Ontario. I also demand that they immediately fire the female that was with TAMMY CHURCH for NOT filing an immediate REPORT against TAMMY CHURCH.
If the Province does NOT immediately FIRE, TAMMY CHURCH and that female employee, then I will give Legal Notice to the Province of Ontario in 30 days and shortly afterwards file a lawsuit against the Province of Ontario and SERVICE ONTARIO for discrimination and gross Human Rights Abuse.
However, TAMMY CHURCH did not know that when my wife, Annette Martini and I went to SERVICE ONTARIO on Thursday, November 17, 2016 we were given another rejection form below for OHIP denying us the LEGAL RIGHTS to receive free Medical in the province of Ontario.
Below is that rejection that was given to us in less then 10 seconds. One rejection is for myself, Anthony Martini a Political Candidate for Prime Minister of Canada and the other rejection is for my wife, Annette Martini. This is PROOF that Canada and the Province of Ontario is in Gross Human Rights Abuse.

THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO HAS NO RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS, OR CANADIAN LAWS, OR PROVINCIAL LAWS, OR INTERNATIONAL LAWS OR UNITED NATIONS LAWS.
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A GOVERNMENT HIRES INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES AND MAN HATERS AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSERS.
OVER 3 YEARS LATER THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO CONTINUES TO VIOLATE INTERNATIONAL LAWS, HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS, UNITED NATIONS LAWS AND REFUSES TO GIVE MYSELF, ANTHONY MARTINI a POLITICAL CANDIDATE FOR PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA FOR 2019 AND MY WIFE, ANNETTE MARTINI ANY IDENTIFICATIONS INCLUDING DRIVER’S LICENSE, PHOTO ID AND MEDICAL/OHIP.
I DEMAND THAT ALL EMPLOYEES FROM ONTARIO SERVICE IN ST. CATHARINES BE IMMEDIATELY FIRED.
ONTARIO IS GOING TO RECEIVE A LEGAL NOTICE SOON.
I ALSO DEMAND THAT THESE HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSERS ALL BE STRIPPED FROM THEIR CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP AND ALL IDENTIFICATIONS. I ASK THE WORLD LEADERS TO BAN ALL EMPLOYEES FROM THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, CANADA FROM TRAVELLING UNTIL WE EITHER RECEIVE ALL OF OUR IDENTIFICATIONS OR UNTIL WE LEAVE CANADA.
AS A POLITICAL CANDIDATE RUNNING FOR PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA 2019 I WILL NOT ALLOW ANY PERSECUTORS THAT ARE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES OR WORKING ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT OR ANY POLICE AGENCIES TO PERSECUTE ME EVER AGAIN.
THERE IS GOING TO BE SEVERE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES TO THE PERSECUTORS THAT HIDE BEHIND THE FLAG.
I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THEIR CITIZENSHIP ARE REVOKED, THEIR DRIVER’S LICENSES SUSPENDED FOR LIFE AND THEIR MEDICAL CARD SUSPENDED JUST LIKE THEY DID TO ME AND MY WIFE.
