Ontario Government Uses QUEST Community Health Center To Attack A Political Candidate

Grab a cup of coffee and sit back and relax and find out how far Canada and the Province of Ontario would go to bring harm or death to a Political Candidate running for Prime Minister of Canada and how far the LIBERAL PARTY of CANADA and the LIBERAL PARTY OF ONTARIO would really go to bring harm or death or persecute a Political Candidate For Prime Minister Of Canada.
It’s a story that only the evidence will prove.
Remember that I am not raciest and nor do I ever hate any person or group or the color of someone’s skin or their sexual orientation.
I believe that every human being in Canada and around the world should be treated the same and there should be zero percent discrimination, period.
However, when a certain group of people are the ones that are involved in the persecution and torture then I will have to draw the line and say enough is enough.
However, today I will not talk about a certain group of people but I will focus on the biggest problem and the ones that are directly involved in the persecution and torture and well lets say that they went above the law to bring harm to me or even death.
Remember that I hold a wealth of information of dirty and I mean dirties secrets about the Canadian Government and the Canadian Federal Police Agencies which is the RCMP – Royal Canadian Mounted Police as I refer to them as the RCDD – Royal Canadian Drug Dealers.
The Secrets I hold in my memory will put a lot of Government Politicians past and present behind bars for a lifetime.
The Secrets that I hold will put many RCMP Officers from the Top Ranks in Prison for a life time.
The Secrets that I hold will put 3 RCMP Officers in Prison for a life time for murder.
I was beaten up on a weekly basis from the RCMP to really hide the truth. They stole my money in the name of the Queen. They tortured me in the name of the QUEEN. They tried to murder me in the name of the QUEEN. BUT did Queen Elizabeth II ever give the order to her Militia which is the RCMP to murder me or persecute me or torture me?
THE ANSWER IS NO.
So after my memory was asleep for 28 years, the Canadian Government ordered a Foreign Government to kidnap myself and kidnap my wife and to torture me of which the USA did.
My memory and all secrets of the Canadian Government and the Dirtiest Secrets of the RCMP and the murders that was done by the RCMP were locked away after a Murder attempt on my life by the RCMP on December 24, 1984. I suffered severe head trauma when I was attacked by 3 Dirty Cops from the Canadian Embassy but I was attacked at the Miami International Airport in a public washroom. The Dirty cops thought that they murdered me. They almost did. I had a severe concussion and the dirty cops cracked my skull in 3 places.
I used to speak 5 languages which was English, French, Italian, Spanish and German but now all the languages were gone except English. I suffered from severe head injury and I suffered long term and short term memory loss.
That did not stop the dirty RCMP. They really wanted me dead at all costs because of their dirty secrets that I held.
My memory went away and my memory went to sleep for 28 years.
Pieces of my memory started coming back a little at a time but can you imagine that your memory went to sleep for 28 years.
In 1995, the RCMP again tried to murder me and my memory that was just starting to come back had a big relapse and I was set back even further.
Of course the languages never came back and that is a big shame.
Then when I launched my new Novels of Deadlock Conspiracy the RCMP assumed that all of my memory is back and with the help of the Canadian Government ordered the United States Government to kidnap myself and my wife, Annette Martini.
On October 24, 2012, my wife and I were kidnapped in California and I was physically tortured for nearly 1 full year.
My new enemies punched me in the head extremely hard and kept on kicking my lower back. I only know that I went unconscious and I started to have major convulsions. When I woke, I saw that the left side of my face was all black and blue. My vision was blurred. I Really have no idea how long I was out or unconscious but 10 days went by.
I was physically tortured by my new enemies, every day, on orders of Canada and I have the broken bones to prove it and the severe injuries to this day.
My memories started to come back so fast that I had to lay down. I cannot say Thank You to my enemies for the torture that brought back almost all of my memories except the languages.
While I was physically tortured every day, I kept my mind very strong. I was threatened that my enemies would rape my wife and kill her. I was threatened by enemies, every day, that they would rape me. The kidnappers were homosexuals who threatened that I would disappear and so would my wife. I stayed awake all night and would sleep here and there in the day to make sure that I do not get raped.
Of course, years ago in 1984, the RCMP paid 3 homosexuals $200.00 plus gave them drugs to rape me. They came extremely, extremely close of raping me. They even placed rape drug in my coco-cola and I was paralyzed but GOD gave me strength to fight off the homosexuals who had AIDS that were trying to rape me.
In September 18, 2013 my wife, Annette Martini and I, were illegally forced back to Canada against our will where according to the United States Government, the RCMP that were snipers will be waiting for us at the border to take us out and murder us.
A strange story you say! NO! This is the truth and this was my life and still is my life.
We were forced back to Canada against our will by Former Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper.
Once the media was told about the planned Assassination from CANADA then Canada and the RCMP backed away.
When we were forced back to Canada against our will with only the clothes on our backs and no money and the United States Government Stole our Identifications to make sure that we do not have any ID, we were taken to a shelter in a Church in St. Catharines and we were very happy that they housed us and fed my wife and I.
I wanted to get out of Canada and so did my wife so we went to get our Old SIN (SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER) A Federal ID number reinstated or given a new one and the Supervisor for the Federal Government called BATHURST, New Brunswick, the Head Quarters of the SIN, which is controlled by the RCMP and we were denied that Right. The other person on the line said to the Supervisor that we were talking to, when she asked about my wife, she said “NO ESPECIALLY NOT HER.” We heard it because the Supervisor placed the other person on the loud speaker.
This is the beginning of our nightmare back to Canada.
The second day we were at the Church, 2 Bully of the RCMP appeared there to stalk and intimidate my wife and I. They never spoke to us but just walked into the Church and stared at us. They had no business in the Church and it was NOT their Jurisdiction.
For the next few days, every time my wife and I left the Church and the Shelter, the RCMP would be in the Parking Lot of the Church and just sitting there, just stalking us.
The Shelter which was at the Church in St. Catharines, Ontario told us about a Clinic that would assist me because we have no medical and I still had pneumonia. I had pneumonia 6 times because in the United States when I was tortured, One of the torture techniques was placing me in a freezer for 5 days. I could see my breath, it was so cold. I could see frost on the walls and icicles. The other torture technique was sleep deprivation, where they would wake me up every 15 minutes for 5 straight days. Of course I was beaten up severely of which I still suffer from until today.
When I went to Quest Community Health Center in St. Catharines, Ontario, I wanted to see a Doctor but instead they gave me a male student nurse who refused to give me any Antibiotics. I asked for a doctor and instead I got a Nurse Practitioner who again refused to give me any Antibiotics. Unfortunately, this was the only place we could go to because the Province of Ontario refused to give us FREE MEDICAL.
This was the beginning of HELL at Quest Community Health Center in St. Catharines, Ontario that is funded by the Province of Ontario and Niagara Region and the United Way. What a joke!
Quest Community Health Center even refused to pullout my tooth that was broken when I was physically tortured. Unfortunately, I only went there for refills of my heart pills because this CLINIC FROM HELL was the only place I could go to, to get refills for my heart medication.
Of course, at all times, the Province of Ontario and the Canadian Government had full knowledge that I was getting my heart pills prescribed from Quest Community Health Center.
Quest Community Health Center illegally violates the trademark and Copyrights Laws of QUEST which is a Trademark of another Company when they identify themselves as QUEST in letters and communications and by phone.
So from September 2013 to October 30, 2017 I have been going to Quest Community Health Center with my wife, Annette Martini and she was always with me in the Doctor’s Office.
In August 2017, my wife and I, were at Quest Community Health Center and I asked them if they had an obstetrician and a gynecologist because my wife is pregnant and they said NO they do not. I told them that the Government refused 11 times to give us OHIP which is FREE MEDICAL and her response was the following:
“YOU BETTER LEARN FAST ON HOW TO DELIVER YOUR BABY.”
Can you imagine that the employee did not even have the decency to ask someone else or look around. This was the same time that my wife and I noticed that the Quest Community Health Center were starting to have symbols of the Homosexual Flag and other Homosexual pamphlets in the lobby.
Again, I am not raciest and nor do I discriminate against anyone, but you will see who is discriminating in a few minutes.
On Tuesday, August 15, 2017, my Political Website of MARTINIFORPM.COM was receiving excessive traffic from IP 192.75.172.2
When my Political Website is bombarded with extensive traffic from the same IP then the alarms go up. It’s either a hacker that are from the RCMP, trying to illegally, shut me up or it’s major trouble that is about to happen from a government employee or a Government or a Government Agency.
So when I checked the IP of 192.75.172.2 at the link below

You guessed it. My Political Website was receiving major traffic from (The Legislative Assembly of Ontario).
Remember, that this was on Tuesday, August 15, 2017.
Now watch closely on what happens next.
I contacted my Pharmacy that I have been dealing with since 2013 and she told me that I do not have a refill on my Heart Pills so she faxed over a request for a refill to Quest Community Health Center like she did so many times before.
A Nurse Practitioner by the name of SEUL AMY YOO known as (AMY) who filled my prescriptions many times, decided that she would NOT fill my Heart Medication Prescription. This medication is a matter of life or death. This medication was prescribed by a Doctor and now, SEUL (AMY) YOO, wants to go against the Doctors orders and STOP my Heart Medications. I ended up having bad chest pains but I could not go to the hospital because the hospital in St. Catharines, Ontario has refused to treat myself or my wife and I do have this in writing.
SEUL AMY YOO renewed my TYLENOL #3 but not my Heart Medications. I had to get a small amount of emergency Heart pills from another Pharmacy.
SEUL AMY YOO and Quest Community Health Center deliberately endangered my life and my safety.
The Pharmacy that I dealt with from 2013 to the current date, sent the fax 7 times, for my heart medications to be renewed and 7 times SEUL AMY YOO took it upon herself NOT to renew my heart medications. This Heart Medication is a matter of life and death and AMY refused 7 times.
WAS SEUL AMY YOO involved in a new conspiracy to murder me by illegally stopping my heart pills?
Sounds crazy, right?

Was this just a coincidence that (The Legislative Assembly of Ontario) known as QUEENS PARK was on my website like mega flies and then SEUL AMY YOO illegally stopped my heart pills?

A few days later, on Thursday, August 19, 2017, I receive a strange phone call from the Government indicating that they want to do an AUDIT ON MY ASSETS?
What ASSETS? You mean my sneakers that are full of holes? Do you mean my clothes that are all worn out? Do you mean my socks that are full of holes? Do you mean the 1 pant that I have?
What ASSETS?
Nope, the Government wants to see my Bank Records for the past 3 months?
WHAT FOR?
If I did not comply the Government was going to stop everything?
Do you still think that this is just plain coincidence?
NOPE! I did a computer and a website forensic and discovered that someone, a Government Employee from Queens Park (The Legislative Assembly of Ontario) that was on my site like crazy for hours, illegally made calls to Quest Community Health Center and ordered SEUL AMY YOO to STOP my heart pills. Then the same person of a Government Employee contacted another female Government Employee and ordered them to do an AUDIT ON MY ASSETS and to stop all checks.
This is the truth.
I sent an email on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 2:45 AM to Gerry Romero gromero@ola.org from (The Legislative Assembly of Ontario) who is an employee responsible for the Internet and Computer at The Legislative Assembly of Ontario. I demanded to know which Government Employee was on my website by massive traffic and Gerry Romero decided to obstruct justice and hide the Corrupt Government Employee’s Identity.
When I contacted one of the Director at Quest Community Health Center by the name of JENNY STRANGES I was told that she was in a meeting and for me to leave a message of which I did. The next day, I was told that JENNY STRANGES went on vacation which I assume was a big lie.
Quest Community Health Center needed time to cover up the fact that SEUL AMY YOO deliberately and illegally stopped my Heart Medication which would have caused my death.
This was no mistake.
This is no conspiracy.
JUST THE FACTS OF THE EVENTS THAT I CAN PROVE IN COURT!
When I finally heard back from JENNY STRANGES, one of the Directors of Quest Community Health Center, I then was told that SEUL AMY YOO tried to contact me 4 times. WHAT BULL CRAP!
When I told JENNY STRANGES that I did not receive any messages she then indicated that SEUL AMY YOO did NOT leave a message because I was not home. WHAT? Listen to all the lies and all the bull crap.
I used to be one the best Private Investigators and no one can pull a wool over my eyes.
Then I told JENNY STRANGES that that was a LIE because I DO HAVE CALL DISPLAY.
Then JENNY STRANGES told me that if I am not happy with their services, I can go somewhere else.
WHAT! WHAT SERVICES! From 2013 to October 30, 2017 I never got any services! I repeatedly asked for a Complete Physical and never got one. I repeatedly asked Quest Community Health Center to pay for x-rays and blood work because I was physically tortured and they refused.
WHAT SERVICES!
They told me that I better learn quickly on delivering my wife’s and my baby.
WHAT DAMN SERVICES?!
Quest Community Health Center is legally responsible that SEUL AMY YOO tried to murder me by stopping my heart pills. All I wanted was a simple apology and for SEUL AMY YOO to be immediately fired and that is all I wanted and now I am dealing with a an arrogant Director or whatever she is by the name of JENNY STRANGES who was illegally protecting SEUL AMY YOO.
A simple apology and for SEUL (AMY) YOO to be immediately fired and I was told if I did not like the services that was provided for me, that I can go elsewhere.
So I knew that SEUL (AMY) YOO criminally edited all of my medical records and now JENNY STRANGES perhaps ordered her to edit all of my medical records and my wife’s Medical Records.
Shortly after that call, I requested for my complete medical records and medical files and my wife’s Medical Records and Medical Files.
Meanwhile, I was doing a full investigation against SEUL (AMY) YOO and Quest Community Health Center.
When I received my Medical Files and my Wife’s Medical files on Friday, October 20, 2017 I went through the files line by line and page by page and then was totally shocked on how much my Medical Files and Medical Records were Criminally Edited and how much lies were placed in my files and my wife’s files which forced me to issue an immediate LEGAL NOTICE that I intend to sue Doctors and Nurse Practitioners and Quest Community Health Center and the Board of Directors past and present, including Chris Bittle, who was a Director and now is a Member of Parliament for the riding in St. Catharines Ontario.
Then I discover that Quest Community Health Center is a clinic ONLY for Homosexuals and Lesbians. There was no full disclosure when we went there from 2013 to October 30, 2017.
I can’t get into all the lies because of an UPCOMING LAWSUIT. I will say that in my wife’s file they wrote down that my wife had 1 ABORTION. Which is the word’s Biggest LIE! They even wrote that my wife is an ANGLICAN which again was another big lie! One lie after another lie, the entire medical records were all altered and criminally edited.
It is a Criminal Offense for any Medical Staff including Doctors or Nurses or any staff to Alter or Edit Medical Records of any Patients.
Our files is so altered and tampered with and I will pursue with all Criminal Charges and Civil remedies.
Who ordered the staff at Quest Community Health Center to enter lies and criminally edit my Medical Records and my wife’s Medical Records.
WAS IT a Politician from (The Legislative Assembly of Ontario) to make sure that I do NOT run for Prime Minister of Canada?
WAS IT a the LIBERAL PARTY OF ONTARIO known as the Homosexual Party of Ontario?
WAS IT The LIBERAL PARTY OF CANADA known as the Homosexual Party of Canada?
WAS IT CHRIS BITTLE who is a Member of Parliament and was a Director at Quest Community Health Center?
WAS it the RCMP who is now using Nurses to Stop my Heart Medications to murder me? It would not be the first time that the RCMP ordered Doctors to stop my Heart Medications to try and murder me and make it look like an accident!
Nonetheless, the answers to all questions will be found out in Court whether it is in Court in Canada or the International Courts and International Criminal Courts.
Nonetheless, the person that is responsible and is holding the KEY on who illegally ordered her to illegally stop my heart medications and to criminally alter and edit my medical records and my wife’s medical records is SEUL (AMY) YOO.
I will do whatever I can, legally, to SHUT DOWN Quest Community Health Center because they are only a con-artist of a NON PROFIT Organization that do NOT serve the community but endangers the community.
The Province of Ontario and the Niagara Region and the United Way should immediately stop giving funds to Quest Community Health Center and a Criminal Investigation should immediately commence against all staff at Quest Community Health Center and the Directors past and present.
The Province of Ontario should immediately wash their hands from Quest Community Health Center and the Directors past and present and should immediately SHUT DOWN Quest Community Health Center, forever.
The Province of Ontario and Canada will be held liable if Quest Community Health Center is NOT immediately shut down.
The entire Community should BOYCOTT Quest Community Health Center and all patients that are referred to, as Clients, should order their Medical Records. Who knows what other lies or what other employee or staff member lied or criminally edited other people’s medical records.
A class action lawsuit will be in the works for any Patient of Quest Community Health Center or anyone whoever dealt with Quest Community Health Center or any Doctors or any nurse practitioner at Quest Community Health Center.
